To my American peeps as well as to my non-American peeps, I wish you, all and sundry, a very Happy Thanksgiving. Expect photos of the big meal later today. I made a drizzle for the pumpkin pie, so now, we've got whipped cream, a crumble, and the drizzle. Fo' shizzle, dizzle. In the morning, I'll sous vide the turkey breast, then I'll cart the rest of the food and trimmings to the office. We're all going to be in a food coma, but the boss actually has an evening class (every Thursday; he's looking to get re-certified as an antiques expert), so he can't afford to fall asleep at the wheel.
