And blow up Arizona. The state only just finished counting votes! It's utterly useless. If you don't block votes from coming in after Election Day, and you can't count all your votes by midnight of Election Day, your electoral votes should be zero for that election cycle. Sure, this might affect some red-tilting states, too. Well, good. Get rid of all the slowpokes.
