the return of the frozen shoulder

I've got oship-gyeon/오십견 again—frozen shoulder. This time, it's my left shoulder that's bugging me, and I guess I can expect this pain to be with me for at least a year. I'll do what I can in terms of range-of-motion exercises, so here's hoping the freeze goes away soon.

Boy, what a year. COVID, heart failure, heart attack, almost-COVID, and now this.

  1. Damn, you are on a roll...and not the good kind.

How did the frozen shoulder resolve last time? My Korean wife needed surgery to fix hers.

    1. It just kind of faded away. Took a couple years, too. I'll be more closely following physical-therapy videos for frozen shoulder this time.
