Tis a rare thing for me to venture onto video. I don't consider myself particularly photogenic: I look tolerable only from one very specific camera angle; otherwise, I'm just another frumpy American walrus in a long line of frumpy walruses. That said, here's a dialogue-free video that is destined to become a classic on the order of PSY's "Gangnam Style." If I don't have a million views within 24 hours, I'll be utterly flabbergasted:

ReplyDeleteExcuse me? Did you really just go there?
Regardless, I am almost positive that when Koreans call me 바다코끼리 it is a genuinely felt term of endearment.

ReplyDeleteNot quite at the tipping point yet.
John,
ReplyDeleteFor what it's worth, the Kevin-as-walrus meme has a history.
Charles,
I'll have a million views by the end of the week, I'm sure. Possibly ten million.
attractive.
ReplyDeleteare you going to do more? i think if you want to go this route (and i think you should, simply based on this video) maybe try uploading to vine.
ReplyDeleteHahna,
ReplyDeleteI don't know what Vine is like these days, but originally, you could do only 6-second looped videos on the service. This vid weighs in at 17 seconds on my phone; it's 18 seconds on YouTube, for whatever reason. I'll check to see whether Vine can now handle such a load.
Twitter also has its own video-upload app that hooks right into your phone's camera.
