the silliness of "The Rings of Power," Season 2

Like it or not, Season 2 of "The Rings of Power" is happening, and it's already being torn to shreds. The fandom, at this point, has more respect for Tolkien's legacy than the Tolkien estate itself, but even if the estate has sold out to Amazon, the fans deserve better than to be shat upon by this unending abomination. There are supposed to be five seasons of this nonsense. I'm glad I ignored the first season; that makes it easy to ignore all subsequent seasons. As before, I'll content myself with the commentary, such as what you see below.
