This is what they're calling lunch for diabetics:
So in all, we're looking at watery white kimchi; regular white kimchi; some kind of protein and vegetables (beef, chili, and onions in soy sauce); crackers(????); watermelon; fish soup; and a small bag of soy sauce, probably to flavor the huge bowl of rice porridge that dominates the meal. Anyone else see anything wrong with calling this a "meal for diabetics"? It's not a bad meal to be sure, but it's also not particularly diabetes-friendly in my humble opinion. (Not pictured: soy milk, also not keto-friendly.)
