I watched this video with great interest. The term Boar's Head—which immediately got my attention—is saturated with English history; any number of venerable taverns in the Old Country sport this name, so it was enlightening to hear Max expound on the significance of a boar's head for medieval-era Christmas revelry.
Max talks about how difficult it is to obtain a real boar's head in the States. Here in Korea, they trot out severed pigs' heads whenever there's a dedication ceremony for a new building.
