This is a sign about suicide prevention. Dial 109 to talk to somebody. I suspect a lot of suicides happen around this time of year. In general, I see a lot of suicide-prevention posters and signs, which got me to wondering whether it's this bad in the States. Chime in with a comment.

I remember crossing bridges on my Han River walks and seeing the signs imploring folks not to jump to their deaths. Never seen anything like that in the USA, and I've strolled across the death magnet Golden Gate Bridge several times.
They apparently exist now.
Well, I'll be damned. Everything changes. Those suicide nets kill the view.
