The quest for decent keto pasta continues, and along the way, I had to wonder whether anyone had ever thought to make keto mac & cheese. Silly me. Of course people had (here's keto macaroni, and here, too)! But one of the videos I watched suggested using a pasta extruder to make the macaroni. So I ordered one, and I now have to learn how to use it. The recipe in question uses lupin flour, a zero-carb flour.
