Happy Liberation Day, South Korea!

If you're Catholic, then August 15 is Assumption Day—the day Heaven came down and scooped Mary up to her reward, sparing her a bodily death. She's up there somewhere. Lurkin'. Waitin'. If you're Korean, then you know August 15 as Liberation Day, i.e., the day never to thank the people who liberated your country from Japanese oppression. You're welcome.
