Yesterday was the official day of Chuseok (full moon), but the harvest holiday, often called "Korean Thanksgiving," runs from Monday through today this year. How should I spend my time, Poison Girls? There will definitely be a walk. I might finally finish up a care package to a friend. I might also make more keto gnocchi and possibly some "carnivore" burger buns, not to be eaten until next week. Anything else?
