Andy vs. a famous seafood resto

These videos remind me of when Anthony Bourdain, a former chef, would go back and try his hand at the high-pressure job of being a line cook, and it was obviously taxing work. Once you reach a certain age and level of comfort, it's hard to go back into the trenches. But Chef Andy handles himself with his usual aplomb and humility.
