My final words about Marissa Parks.

  1. A very moving tribute, Kevin.

It seems particularly unfair when death takes one so young--the loss of life and all the potential that life held. It sounds like Marissa made the most of the short years she was allotted here on earth.

I always think of the A.E. Housman poem when a young person dies:

    Life, to be sure,
    Is nothing much to lose,
But young men think it is,
    And we were young.

  2. Thanks, John. This hasn't been a very happy weekend.
