I was pretty wiped out after yesterday's walk which, I may as well reveal, happened in tandem with a fast. I simply didn't have the energy to do the other things on my schedule, including some exercises (resistance band, dumbbell, core work), and a trip up my building's staircase 1.5 times. And yesterday, I had the day off! I was supposed to maintain almost the same level of activity today—24.5K walk, exercise—but given my energy levels, and the fact that I'm back at work, there's just no way. So the easiest solution to the problem, since I want to do the exercise and stairs, is to cut back the walking by a couple hours. There goes my dream of walking across South Korea without actually walking across South Korea. I'll stick to doing a truncated, 150-minute route, i.e., half of what I did yesterday. That's going to have to suffice.
I'll write more fully about my March program later.
