Wednesday stroll

Since I had the day off on Wednesday, I did a short, 12K-ish walk while it was light outside. Here are some pics.

I think this sign is saying to watch out for wild burdz and their droppings because you can catch avian influenza (AI, not artificial intelligence) from both the burdz and their poop.

a long shot down the Tan Creek path, north bank of the creek

another long shot of the path, with people in the distance

old folks actually wander out onto this ground, picking at plants

a lot of wild growth that promises to be wilder come spring

on the way back to my place

the last stretch of bike path before the footbridge leading to my neighborhood

despite being noisy thanks to the freeway off to the left, this path is kind of pretty

my camera somehow makes the Jamshil Lotte World Tower look small

the footbridge's official name: Irweon Tan-cheon Footbridge

as arched suspension bridges go, kind of impressive

  1. A nice "short" walk on what looks to have been a pleasant day. And to think I was so proud of my 9k jaunt. Anyway, it is always good to see photos of my old world, and in this case, some were even familiar (like that bridge).
