commenter asks, I answer

A commenter asks what one does if one is a US citizen in South Korea who wants to vote.

Here's what you need to know. I told my commenter that you can vote at the US Embassy, but more precisely, you can request a ballot from your state, vote according to the procedure, then drop the properly enveloped ballot off at the embassy—so very loosely, you can "vote at the embassy." I should've been clearer.
