Think about the un-PC politics of the scenario: an American goes to Europe and enacts vigilante justice because, by implication, Europeans themselves don't have the balls to do what needs to be done. I think I'd rather see the American vigilante handling similar American problems while, in parallel, a European hero rises up and gives Europeans an example to follow. And then the two vigilantes discover each other and become friends, and the movie ends with a huge, family-style backyard barbecue.
Also, in the tweet below: Don't capitalize races like "White." It's white. And it's black, not Black. No racist privileging!
This film was banned in Germany. I just watched it.

It opens w/a brown man suddenly, randomly stabbing a White mother in the neck as her little boy watches her die.
The plot? An American vigilante in Europe is executing foreign rapists & the judges that let them off.

I have to say, though, that "was banned in Germany" does lend credence to the no-balls accusation. Can't take a little ballistic satire, eh, Germany?
And you know Germans are all VPN-ing this. And getting ideas.
I'm watching this tonight.
