sometimes, life is like this

When I see two alligators wrestling with each other, snapping and writhing like angry dragonspawn, I see two tasty things competing for the chance to be first on my plate.

That's a picture of two fearless natural conservatives struggling for dominance and ultimate conquest.

And then after one finally triumphs, a scraggly pack of liberal hyenas on the periphery will begin to howl in unison, "You immoral beast! How can you be so bloodthirsty and cruel? If you don't hand over the largest chunk of that gator, we're going to keep on baying and barking so loudly that it will be impossible for you to enjoy your meal in peace!"

This essentially describes American "democracy" in the 21st Century.

Some of that baying and barking here.

(Similar in spirit to the vid you'd linked to earlier.)

James O'Keefe is an actual fucking journalist. He deserves a Pulitzer Prize far more than just about any Western MSM organization in operation today. It's easy to put a bunch of talking heads in front of a camera, as is standard operating procedure for CNN, MSNBC, Fox News and all the rest. But it takes real gumption and guts to do what O'Keefe does with his guerrilla-style, undercover video "sting" operations. Think of what he could do with just a fraction of CNN's budget. At least YouTube and the Internet are allowing for a genuine democratization of the news and dissemination of information.

James O'Keefe is a bad-ass gator himself. Don Lemon or Rachael Maddow? Woof woof!
