While the lady's rhetoric occasionally makes it sound as if she's aiming to produce a meat analogue that'll attract carnivores (like Beyond Meat, her recipe calls for beets), the ingredients for the burger in the following video are so obviously and unrepentantly vegetarian (well, ovo-vegetarian) that I'd like to try making this myself:
