...and we're back

For those who followed this blog over the past month, you may remember that I pre-scheduled almost all of the posts that appeared here. It took a while to do, but I hit upon a kind of formula: post one "image" in the morning, some sort of YouTube video in the afternoon, then something a bit more creative and maybe personal in the evening. The third blog entry fell into one of several categories:

• creative writing
• movie reviews
• math problems
• vocab quizzes
• miscellaneous

I tried to switch things up and keep them interesting. No idea whether the strategy worked, but based on my site traffic, I did continue to get several hundred hits per day over the past 30 days despite my not even being there, blogging actively (I could've died, and no one would've been any wiser). You'll have noticed that very little of the content had to do with current events since there was no way for me to anticipate what those would be.

Now that I'm back, we'll be back to the usual shenanigans. I'm going to rewatch "Mission Impossible 7" before I review it, but you can expect a review later this week. I have a ton of videos in my "Blog Dis Shit Later" folder that I'll be unleashing on an unsuspecting world soon, so watch out for those as well. And who knows what else might be in store?

Anyway, the walk is over, so this is once again the main blog. There are still some housekeeping items to be taken care of over at the walk blog, but I'll announce anything new about the walk blog here, so keep your photoreceptors peeled for walk-blog news.

I just got back from Busan earlier today, so I hope you don't mind if I spend the rest of the day just chilling. I'll rewatch "Mission Impossible" this evening. Expect more content tomorrow.

  1. I thought it worked out pretty well during your absence. As you said, no current events and less content variety and volume, but better than nothing. And the faithful would know if you died because we were keeping an eye on you over at the #7 blog...

Welcome back! Now, get to work!
