Here's hoping that the rightie nightmare of the past four years is finally over, and that Biden left a minimum of legislative (and other types of) booby traps. Trump sucks on a personal level, but I'm in agreement with his overall priorities and agenda. Fingers and tentacles crossed that he can unfuck (two links) the economy, the border, and wokeness in our institutions. With time to spare to work on other things. All while the media and institutions continue desperately to fight and obstruct him.

You heard that Vivek may be out at DOGE? The leftie rumor mill says it's because of internal friction. Vivek might instead run for Ohio governor. Here's hoping he doesn't have any porn scandals on the order of Mark Robinson, whom I loved at first but now shy away from. (Robinson's staunch and strict social conservatism also didn't help his cause with the country at large.) More on Vivek here and here. As some Instapundit commenters wryly noted, it's better for a department of government efficiency not to have two leaders, anyway.
