I've watched a few GoldenGully videos, and I think the guy's pretty good, so it warms my heart to see him get approval from The Ramsay Himself:
And what humility! He was all ready to call himself an idiot sandwich, as Ramsay has shouted so often on "Hell's Kitchen."*

*Yes, I realize his reaction probably isn't spontaneous. But I'm sure he did initially wonder whether Ramsay would dismiss him as an idiot sandwich.
