97

This morning's blood sugar is 97, which is right about where a person in my condition would want it to be. (97 is good even for non-diabetics... keeping in mind what I've said about the effects of these meds—hiding the sugar instead of getting rid of it.) I had been wondering, after last night's hamburger binge, whether I'd suffer any ill effects from those Korean buns, and the answer seems to be nope. Those truly were keto burgers, it appears: the worse the bread tastes, the better it is for you. Only my weight (and, concomitantly, my BP) suffered from all the late-night snacking, but I'll fast and walk it off over the course of this week. I won't buy this bread again, but I at least learned something about it.
