| Lunch, round 2. Queso was tastier after I thinned it out with jalapeño juice. Beans in the beef were the boss's idea. |
Friday's lunch went well. Everyone was stuffed, but there are plenty of leftovers. I won't be eating any corn chips after today, but I'll make some keto taco shells over the weekend and bring them in on Monday along with some other keto breads.
