Purely a vanity shot. Red cheeks probably courtesy of adult-onset diabetes, high blood pressure, or a combination of the two.

AND A NEW RULE (per this post): comments critical of Trump's lying must include criticism of Biden's or Kamala's or some prominent leftie's lying on a one-for-one basis! Failure to be balanced means your comment will not be published.
Tasty Grammar is the general site—the front door, if you will. The Superficial is the free site. The Profound is the paid site, with in-depth content and an actual curriculum. Test Central isn't a Substack site, but it's where the in-depth quizzes, tests, answers, and explanations can be found. More Substacks to come as I develop new courses and keep adding features! Check back.

Are you sure you're not Irish?
ReplyDeleteI do indeed have some Irish in me, but I don't drink. (My youngest brother carries the Irish name from that branch of our family as his middle name.)
ReplyDeleteHave you gotten your A1C and fasting glucose checked? The sooner you get diagnosed (if it IS diabetes) the less cellular damage can happen as a result of being untreated. XOXO
ReplyDeleteGreat pic. Looks like you just came in from a long walk.
I don't think you have changed since I saw you in South Korea all those long years ago!!
ReplyDeleteJohn, what the pic doesn't reveal is the massive stomach that wasn't nearly so massive back in 1994-96. The pic also manages not to show all my gray hairs (sorry-- grey hairs).
ReplyDeleteOlder, uglier, and smellier to boot!
