dill salad dressing

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/5 cup pickle juice (dill or sweet)
1/2 tsp. dill weed ("Hey, Beavis!")
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Mix with fork. Use on salad, or even with fish. Salmon would be a pretty traditional pairing, but I can imagine making popcorn shrimp po' boys (or popcorn shrimp garden pitas) with this sauce.
