la farce

Some homemade stuffing I conjured into existence, along with homemade gravy, this morning:


Gravy:

beef fat
butter
cornstarch
water
salt
pepper
minced onions
rosemary
dashida (Korean beef bouillon)

Stuffing:

cornbread-and-herbs packet
celery seeds
minced onions
oven-dried apples (mandolin-sliced, then broiled to desiccation)
raisins
water
dashida
sausage-- cooked separately, drained, and crumbled

Veddy nice, veddy nice.
