The rumors are true: the weight-loss continues. 128.7 kilograms now, 283.87 pounds. Slowly but surely. Slowly but surely.

    A very large, very heavy wraith. In fact, I'm champion of the heavy-wraith division.

    My new phone has a pedometer, which rocks. I can track my progress all day long. According to the old "10,000 steps" standard, a person should walk an average of 5 miles per day to get healthier. Right now, it's looking as if I do only about a fourth of that.
