a cooking-show idea

This idea has been sitting in my cell phone's memo pad for a while:

Idea for a cooking show: 2 chefs meet and must plan & create a multi-course meal for twenty. The catch is that they CANNOT TALK. The idea here isn't so much competition as it is to see what happens when 2 masters get in tune with each other and create greatness (or a disaster). The chefs can make requests for what they'd like in the kitchen beforehand, but without letting the other chef know. Dinner guests can talk about what they appreciated in the meal, see if they can tell the 2 cooks' cooking apart, etc. Call it "Wordless." Or something with "cooking" in the title.

I think this would be a cool show to watch. Can the idea be developed further? What do you think?
