It's Tuesday. Today, I climb 1.5 staircases (26 floors from B1 to 26, elevator back down to B1, then up 12 floors). I'm really not looking forward to this, but I do like the idea that my stair work is finally becoming substantial enough to make a dent in my daily calories. (According to MyFitnessPal, 15 minutes of stair work = 97 calories. You'd think it would be more, given the intensity.) This is happening right before my doctor's appointment and right before my big walk, so I hope the 1.5 staircases produce some sort of salutary effect.
