I don't agree with what the guy says about "toxic fandom," but I agree with pretty much everything else. He even slips in the idea that, in the universe of "The Boys," the superheroes are allegories for real-world politicians, acting with impunity and suffering few to no consequences. That's a plausible interpretation.
