I have no idea how constitutional Rand's argument is, but it's interesting:
Caution: Rand does specifically mention public property in the above talk. I don't think she's saying there's no right to mass protest period. In fact, the more I listened to her, the more self-contradictory she sounded to me. She says that "symbolic speech" is nonsense; I'm going to have to research what exactly "symbolic speech" is to understand her position better.
