I don't like the citation of filthy Pomo'ist Baudrillard, but Brand's points about media manipulation are well taken. It's hard to think for yourself when the Powers That Be are doing their best to keep you off balance, angry, and confused. Preparation for war, indeed. And this is just the distraction Joe Biden needs, given the US's suck-ass economy, race relations, international prestige, and a host of other indicators that are all trending radically downward on Biden's watch. Anything to keep people from focusing on the reality in front of them.
