If it's gonna be like this, then... no, thanks. Give me quiet, wide-open spaces. Give me mountains, lakes, rivers, and no fucking people. Let the bears, wolves, and mountain lions be my friends. I don't want the noise of civilization—at least, I don't want it on my doorstep. I don't want it as a daily reality.
