What do you make of this?
The man was pronounced dead before leaving the scene.
Sort of a creepy, undead situation, eh?
Anyway, sad news about the guy in the article. Gustavo Arnal was only 52. I couldn't help selfishly thinking that, at 53, I've outlived this dude, although I can't imagine what sort of stress he might have been under. He was the CFO of Bed, Bath, & Beyond, a company that infamously boycotted products from My Pillow, a pillow manufacturer with right-leaning ownership (for what it's worth, Wikipedia has a rather biased entry about My Pillow, a.k.a. MyPillow). BB&B began suffering financial troubles not long after this boycott as many buyers refused to shop at BB&B. A lot of people were intoning the old Get woke, go broke mantra. If wokeness is indeed the cause of BB&B's troubles, then such are the wages of wokeness. Will other companies learn from this? Since we're dealing with committed ideologues who stubbornly learn nothing from reality, my guess is no.
