ReplyDeleteWhen I described this video to my boss, he adopted a skeptical posture and theorized that the kettlebell is fake. I told him to watch the video and see for himself how she was throwing the kettlebell around, and how it behaved as it moved through the air: it's definitely the real thing, and she's the real deal.
