Today's lunch will consist of chicken breast and salad—the components of my Newcastle diet from last year. But I'll also be making hummus, which isn't really keto (chickpeas are fairly carby), and using some bread fried in my Middle Eastern spice mix, which is very un-keto. Not to worry: I'll be fasting Monday through Wednesday. It'll all work out.
