A poem about America's oh-so-brave stance on the One China policy:
it was a chance to take a stance
to prove to all that we stand tall
to say it loud and say it proud:
"We back Taiwan!"
and then, instead, we bowed our head
and whispered low, while eating crow
the dreaded words that make us turds:
"We back China."
to prove to all that we stand tall
to say it loud and say it proud:
"We back Taiwan!"
and then, instead, we bowed our head
and whispered low, while eating crow
the dreaded words that make us turds:
"We back China."
Follow the money. It's always about money and power.
