Yes, the rumors are true: pulled-pork barbecue sandwiches without mayo are much, much better. Just butter the bread, stick the slices butter-side-up under the broiler for a minute or so, slap the cheese on while the bread is still hot, pile on the pork, add an extra dollop of BBQ sauce—et voilĂ . Goodness on a plate.
