cuss-o-meter

Found over at Cappy's place:

The Blog-O-Cuss Meter - Do you cuss a lot in your blog or website?

Not shown above is the following remark, which appeared on my results screen:

This is 83% MORE than other websites who took this test.

Like Cappy, I'm not particularly happy with my results, because I'm pretty sure I cuss more frequently than this fucking thing is claiming.

  1. dprkstudies.org got;

    "Around 1.9% of the pages on your website contain cussing.

    This is 81% LESS than other websites who took this test."

  2. I got 0%. Can't say that I'm surprised, of course, since I deliberately avoid profanity.

  3. Yeah, I call bullshit (see if the device picks that up). I ran my wife's blog - which sports nary a no-no - through their system and it told me that 50% of her pages contained cussing.

    Mine, on the other hand, which contains less profanity than the Hominid, but more than your average nun's blog, clocked in at 11.2%.
