Paul Joseph Watson on the latest draconian mandate to hit England:
I do love England. How could I not? I speak a variant of the English language. English culture is the foundation for American culture. Notions of jurisprudence and common law come from England. American culture is heavily influenced by writers and philosophers (among others) from the British Isles. America broke away from Great Britain, but my country still owes its very existence to Old Blighty. So really, how could I not love the culture that gave birth to my own? How could I not be grateful?
That said, every time I see PJW put out a new video about yet another Orwellian restriction on how Britons must live their lives, I think to myself that living in Great Britain must be abysmally shitty these days, and I'm glad I'm going nowhere near the place until it recovers some semblance of sanity. This pandemic has revealed just how crazy we all can become.
I'm saying this knowing full well that my own country is shot through with problems. I'm not adopting an attitude of superiority toward England or Great Britain. If anything, I see the UK as a bellwether for what can happen in America if Americans don't stand up and fight the rot that's taking over the States. England is headed over the cliff, but the US isn't far behind.
Some cities (including Manila) have restrictions on driving the expressway, i.e., some days, only cars with even-numbered license plates are allowed. That's a draconian enough restriction on free movement, but that jurisdiction in the UK has gone insane.
ReplyDeleteMore proof of what I've always suspected--this climate change bullshit is a means to an end--the end of our freedoms as individuals. Those folks flying their private jets to climate conferences obviously aren't worried about their carbon footprint.
Wake up, sheeple, before it is too late!
