So what you have is this:

Dividing by a fraction is the same as multiplying by its reciprocal, so you can flip every "1/25" except the first, then you replace the division symbol with a multiplication symbol. Now you have:
√[(1/25)•25•25•25•25]
The first two terms cancel out and become 1, so you're left with this:
√(25^3), or √(25•25•25)
This reduces to
25√25, and as we know, √25 = 5, so
25•5 = 125.
