Styx seems to think DeSantis has already shot himself in the foot for a number of reasons, including not exactly leaping to Trump's defense after Trump's various indictments (and there are apparently more to come). I'd still maintain that campaigning has only just begun, and we have well more than a year until next November, so who knows how things will turn out?
I keep holding out hope for Ramaswamy to make more headway, but that's probably not a realistic hope. Then again, we'll see. It's a long way to November 2024.

DeSantis was always going to be a longshot--a viable option if and when Trump self-destructs. These indictments are disgusting, and the election will hopefully give the people a voice in rejecting them. Never Trumpers will have to make a stand; do they love freedom more than they hate Trump? Stay tuned.
