My take as always: I'm fine with gender being a social construction existing on a continuum. Just don't touch biological sex. Note that the teacher tries to argue that there are three biological sexes: male, female, and intersex. That's wrong: an intersex person is phenotypically expressing two distinct sexual genotypes: intersex is not a "third sex." A "third sex" would have a distinctly different reproductive function, one never seen before.
