Styx on Trump-indictment propaganda

Photos of piles of boxes circulating online right now fail to reveal the truth that the "classified documents" in question fit easily into a single box. The photos are meant to falsely convey a sense of enormity: Trump done fucked up big.

There are also legal reasons for thinking this case has no merit:

Kari Lake, meanwhile, warned that anyone coming after Trump would have to go through her first (as well as 75 million NRA members, causing the leftist press to predictably lose its collective shit because She's threatening gun violence!), and she's going to be there physically, in Florida, when they come for Trump. What one little lady can do in the face of the federal government, I don't know, but maybe some righties with balls will mass around her, and we'll finally see the cordon of protection we should have seen months, if not years, ago. This rhetoric of Lake's isn't some out-of-nowhere threat of wanton gun violence: it's a reminder that, if the left keeps acting violently, burning whole city blocks, the right will stop turning the other cheek. The left should think hard about what it does next.

  1. Scary times. Pandora's box is wide open now, and we are about to suffer the consequences that flow from hate and hypocrisy.
