I was brushing my teeth on the morning of my birthday when I spat, and this fellow came out:
I assume this is part or all of the string the dentist had sewn to seal my gum after he'd pulled out my wisdom tooth. I need to go schedule my next few appointments as I have three more teeth to deal with. They're gonna love me at the dentist's office.
