teacher stress in a time of COVID

Since I'm on Reddit, I now see a lot I wouldn't have seen otherwise. Here's an example: an animated graph showing teacher burnout (teachers on Reddit, anyway) as reflected in the usage of terms like "quitting" and "burned out":

Note that the trendline is pretty steady until about the middle of 2021, so the spike actually happens well after the pandemic has become a thing.
