Sunday: a day of cooking

I've got a whole bunch of things I want to make as I continue to get rid of my Thanksgiving leftovers. Here's a list. I think everything is on it, but I'm getting old, so you can never be sure.

  1. quiche with homemade sausage & maybe some leftover bacon
  2. pea soup with those nasty-ass peas & maybe some leftover bacon
  3. apple galette
  4. apple crumble
  5. cheese fondue (I have bricks of Gruyère and Emmenthaler, plus white wine)
  6. boeuf bourguignon with the arong-satae cut (see here and here)
  7. ravioli with creamy crab sauce

So I've got a lot to make. I don't think I'll be making everything tomorrow, especially since I won't be serving any of this to the troops until Wednesday, but I'm going to get a good start on all the prep. Stay tuned: there might be photos.
