John Kirkwood comes through again, this time with a low-hydration, no-knead bread recipe. My buddy Charles isn't a fan of the high-hydration recipe I've been using, so I might give this recipe a try at some point. I can't simply reprint the recipe, though, because Kirkwood wants you to become a Patreon member to have access to his goodies. I'll simply reverse-engineer his recipe from the YouTube video. That shouldn't take too long.
