The Dem-left argument is that Trump would lie during the debates while Noble Old Joe takes the abuse. This is, as you can imagine, utter bullshit. Trump can be unhinged and inarticulate, but he's got way more of his marbles than old, demented Biden. In a straight debate, Trump would kick Biden's ass up and down the street, and anyone who thinks differently is in serious denial about Biden's mental state. This includes Biden himself.
